The Darya Jyoti joined the Chellship Fleet on the 4th of June 2010, upon delivery from the Jinhae facility of STX Offshore & Shipbuilding at South Korea. The vessel sailed out on her maiden voyage to Australia under the command of Capt. K.K. Krishnan and Chief Engineer Mr. L. Vyas

Chellship has two Trailing Suction Hopper Dredgers on order at Hongguan in China , due delivery in 2010 . Both the dredgers are of 5,500 cbm hopper capacity.
